Wonderful West End Townhouse-Renovated To Absolute Perfection

Here are pictures of my latest vacant staging project. The owner/agent totally renovated this unit and decided to go all the way and stage it for a sale!! I was a little concerned with the bright yellow paint everywhere but was up for a challenge. I think it ended up looking incredibly sunny and gorgeous and you can't help but feel that way when you step inside. Will hit MLS in a couple of days. UPDATE-11520 LONGVIEW LANDING DR-BUILDER HOME-SOLD TWO SHORT WEEKS AFTER STAGING!

I am absolutely THRILLED to report that after lingering on the market for TWO YEARS in it's vacant state that this gorgeous builder spec home is now SOLD only TWO SHORT WEEKS after staging!! I am told that the buyer is someone who had looked at the house at some point over the last few months while it was vacant, but could not visualize how their furniture would look. Would You Stage Your House For Sale In The Richmond VA Real Estate Market If You Knew It Would Not Cost You Anything And You Would Sell Faster?

I am asked this question many times-does the investment into staging really pay off? The most definite answer is YES your investment into home staging will save you money and make you more money at closing. Let me give you an example of how investing dollars into staging on the front end will bring you more money at closing.

First scenario. You consult with a real estate expert and confirm based on your market analysis that you should list your house for $375,000.
